Voice chat has appealed to this class more than other modes of expression. Voice chat is something that students find useful in innumerable ways. For many students, voice chat appears to be a unique and appreciated opportunity to converse with native speakers. We have a student from Poland named Gosia, and it was only through voice chat we learned to pronounce her name. In fact we might use a number of voice and chat applications at the same time, as this screen illustrates:
