Here's a little java script that allows feedback via a form. To use it, save this file as html and substitute your email address for mine in the code. Thanks are due to Ronald Erter at the email address below. Dave Winet tells me there is a mistake in the code such that replies go to Ron and not to me. Try one and see.

The perl script may work but here's one way to do it without having access to the cgi-bin directory on a server.
This may be a little off topic and a bit much but it could be used by anyone. Just paste this into your html code. The included date and time function is optional also.
